Like K I live fairly close to Burnham.
There are things to do if it rains - depends on what you like doing! The walks around there are great (often take my dogs on the headland) as is the beach - although the tide goes out a long, long, long way!
It's full of people from Birmingham - and that's all I'll say (you might be from there too!).
Depends on how old your children are as to what you can do if it rains. there's a good swimming pool not far away, and Weston-super-Mare has plenty to offer. The High Street in Burnham has a fair bit going on too.
Or there's 'Splash' at Bridgwater (pool with slides).
You will need to book fairly quickly - I would 'google' it and you're sure to find something.
Hope you have a good time.

I Have been to the area loads of time because as i come from wales many of my mothers family live there it has a lot to do for the kids such as burnham beach also a trip into Weston super mare is well advised as there is much to do from the attractions at the pier and also fine restaurants by the seaside also there's a magnificent fire works show every Saturday night at 10 pm also brean sands leisure park is 10 minutes drive away and everything is well sign posted so you wont get lost
your best bet to find a rental caravan is to phone burnham holiday park in their databases they should have all information on the people who rent out their caravan and also they will have available bookings for their own rental caravans
my advice is to book early to avoid disappointment as the area gets very busy at Easter time.
for further information on this topic i have searched the web and found that www.havenholidays.com show all attractions associated with this park

Steer well clear of it. If it's pouring with rain there is NOTHING to do except sit in the caravan.

I live 25 miles away from it.
