I don't think that's a provable experiment...
Because.....I think every guy who ever has the urge to masturbate does so....it's just not something he can resist.... it's kinda like having an itch on the end of your nose...you can't help but scratch it.
But, since men without hands don't die, I suspect that the answer is no.....LOL
