i've tried selsen blue, head and shoulders, and a couple salon products. but they seem to burn in the area where i got burned from the perm.

How long did you get burnt from a chemical relaxer? Perms rarely burn. You need to let the healing process work and then you can go back to these shampoos. Hope you are having treatments done by the salon responsible for your burns. If you had this done by a non-professional, DON'T DO IT AGAIN!

Stop using those shampoos. See a dermatologist, I would have the place that gave you the burn pay for the doc. visit if you don't have insurance, it is the least they can do. Don't have your hair permed there again. If this is your first perm I probably would not get another one until you see the doc. you may have a skin condition that caused the problem. Good luck.

rub some warm olive oil on your scalp for at least a week. It should take care of the burn and dry scalp, then start taking vitamin E and flaxseed oil.

rinse your head with apple cider vinegar mixed with water it will clear up a sore scalp
