I have spent a lot of time in Quebec, but I'm not a quebecois. A Ciboire is the box that holds the hosts for communion. Although, if I'm not mistaken, I think it is also an insult or somekind of curse word. The quebecois often use religious words for these purposes. Religious words used in a sacreligious ways are as strong as the "f" word in English.

I'm not from Quebec, but here's what I found (from the website listed):

ciboire (ciboire) - "ciborium" or "pyx", the receptacle in which the host is stored
