wat is the best way to tell a guy u aren't interested? i mean i screwed him and now i realized that i have to work with him at the same hospital. i am an intern and he is a doc and know he keeps on asking me out but i don't want to so i don't ruin my carrer. to tell u the truth i like him a lot he is attractive and i do want to go out with him, but do u think it is a smart thing to do

You need to just be honest and not play with his emotions.
If you do lead him on it will create an awkward situation. You already have created one by screwing someone you will see around.
Is he on staff or just a physician who has staff priveledges?
Same specialty?
These are things you should have considered.
You need to be firm and 100% clear, if you are not, he will continue to ask you out and will continue to carry on that there is hope for a relationship or something more.
If even after this he keeps pushing, then it is likely his behavior falls under the umbrella of harrassment. Then you need to report his actions through the appropriate hospital channels or to the office of professional discipline of that state.
HOWEVER: you also need to weigh the damage he can cause you and your career in the equation against how obnoxious he is. If he can hurt your career, and all it means to put up with it is to have to say "no" to an invitation every so often then you want to consider that. But if it is very obnoxious and you can't take it, you need to take that into account as well.
What I have said is not what everyone wants to hear, and it isn't the "vanilla" answer to harassment that everyone would like to do when they are not in that situation, but most of them don't know the medical professions and are likely just teens that would love to see a just world, however when there are other concerns involved, the world is not fair, and not just and tough decisions need to be made where maybe no one wins and no one is happy.

Work and pleasure never mix, especially if it is an intimate relationship. Approach the situation with as much class as you can and kindly tell the doctor that you have to move on for the sake of your career and that although the time you spent together was sensational things need to be let go of and moving along. Good for you about thinking about your career, never let anyone hold you back especially wanting to keep a man.

well before u had screwed with him u should have thought about if u should be with him or not. my true opinion is that he is a guy and u r a girl and dont see what is stopping u fromdating him. however some people at the work may think because he is a doctor ur interested in him screw them. just do ur thang and be careful
