No use crying over spilt milk. Guilt does not help you take care of yourself. It happens to most of us around the holidays.
If you are worried about gaining weight, just work in a little more exercise for a couple of days.... Take a couple of extra walks, park farther from the store when you shop, run in place, just anything to burn off a few calories.
Honestly, it is not a life-shattering deed, and the guilt could actually cause stress which sometimes leads to overeating, so relax. :)

only 20? hah, just kidding. If you feel sick, you should feel guilty. If youre okay with being fat, then go ahead and eat as much as you want.

If you want to indulge in some candy at Christmas time, so what?
Just don't eat any more for a while.
