i have seen most but Spain is always my choice the more you visit the more the country grows on you

Barbados is fantastic. It's approaching their rainy season, so is quite a bit less expensive. Great scenery, loads to do or not do, very friendly people, plenty sunshine and heat. Don't worry about the rainy season, it only rains for a short time and is like being in a warm shower. If you're on the beach it's very nice, you don't need to move. When the rain stops everywhere dries up very quickly.

NahTrang Vietnam. Beautiful Beach Resort town. Lodging very reasonable, cheap seafood to eat and great warm water to swim in. Good Luck, cheers.

Try the Algarve. The weather will be lovely and hot and there are some beautiful places to visit and the beaches are great.
Plus its not such a long flight either.

Cyprus - I went last May - it's beautiful

Don't go to the Akteon Tourist Village though - it is like a Cypriot Butlins

The weather on the Costa del Sol will be lovely in May and it will still be fairly quiet.

Phoenix before it gets too hot, California (San Diego) and you can get cheap rates to diff. parts of Mexico!
