My brother was a little tubby when he was 13 years old. I think they call it 'puppy fat'. He did lose this weight and now he is 32 and a little on the tubby side again and I think this is called 'middle age spread'.

BTW I don't know what 135lbs is in kg, so please don't think I'm saying that you are. If you are pretty active and eat the right foods most of the time, I don't think you have too much to worry about. :-)

Ok, first of all...I'm 5/4 and can tell your from experience, that you sound perfectly fine. Also, you have to take into account your bone structure. If you're fingers just barely meet around your wrist, chances are your big boned. For someone with a bigger bone structure the weight can be fine up to around 150-160 pounds, and look just fine. While someone with a smaller frame wouldn't carry 150 quite as well.

For instance, I have always been around 180, but when I lost down to 143, that was too skinny for me. The ideal weight for me was around 150ish. I have a larger frame, so it worked.

This will tell you how to calculate your frame size http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/ideal-body-weight-7181-146.html

Mainly, what it really boils down to is how you feel about YOU.
Forget what other people think, except for your Dr.
What is important is how you feel, yourself. Are you comfortable, healthy, fit into your clothes just fine? If so, then sounds like your perfectly fine to me.

If your Dr. has no complaints and your health is fine, then don't worry what anyone else says. This is between you and your Dr. (and parents of course)

No, just try and stay healthy most people gain weight through high school and college. You're not fat, you'll probably thin out when you get taller, that's what happened to me. Just try and stay active. I swam and played tennis a lot growing up. Now, I've got one year left in college and am doing great.

Don't let people tell you you're fat, at 13, you've got enough to worry about.

Your BMI is 23.2, for your age and height you are "at risk of overweight".

Anyway you are into the average 60% of people your age, if you are american that is PERFECTLY NORMAL.

Have some exercise, and take care of your eating habits.
