Check out these websites:
http://www.freesharing.org/
http://www.freecycle.org/
It websites dedicated to people who have things that they no longer want. The goal is to keep these things from ending up in garbage piles.
You just find your local freeshare or freecycle organization and post what you have. Someone will contact you saying that they are interested in what you have and it's their responsibility to pick it up.
We've used it before and it's great. We highly recommend it.

Unfortunately alot of baby stuff will not be taken by Good Will and thrift stores because of the possible liabilities if something malfunctions. Call a few local churches and see if their nurseries are in need of anything. Usually the smaller ones are in the most need. They also may have yard sales on a fairly regular basis. Also look for up comming yard sales and ask the planners if they want more stuff to sell! Flea marketers may also be interested. Good luck.

I would either donate your items to the Salvation Army or sell them on Ebay. At Salvation Army, you will be able to claim a deduction on your taxes, thus if you are able to drop off the items by the end of the year, you can take the deduction for 2006. You are able to price the items as well. Ebay is another great function to sell items you no longer need. The problem with Ebay is you will have to deal with packing them up and shipping them.

There a lot of second hand kid stores that will buy the stuff from you and sell it at a discounted price. If you are not looking to profit from it, maybe you can get a hold of a W.I.C. office in your area. They would love to donate items like those to people who can't afford these type of things. Sometimes churches will take them as well to give off to their parishioners.
Good Luck!!

1) Donate it to a local pregnancy help center
2) Sell it at a consignment store. If it is in truly excellent, perfectly clean condition, it should sell fast and you should receive 40-50% of the selling price. You may have to pay a nominal fee to start a consignment account at the store.

Donate it all to a local charity that helps families that having hard times. I'm sure there are organizations in your area that would be more than willing to take it and redistribute it amongst the people who really need it.

I appreciate your question, but, come on...........think. Donate the stuff to churches, Or find out if there's families that have little income that need help. It's very easy to find out. Contact your local Doctor's offices, and let them know you have lots of things to donate. They will take the stuff, and give them to the families most in need. I'm a nurse, and that's what we did with donated things. ~~~~
