it worked for me.
meditaiton. starting with yoga.
and now i see that i have no problems.
it's really more that your viewpoint changes.
other people no longer cause me problems.
i see that all my problems are inside me.
and it's my job to work on them.
to get better.

but it's not easy. it's a lot of work and difficulty facing oneself.
i recommend starting with yoga.
your body is the key. get in touch with your body.

Well i believe u can't actually solve you life problems. It depends on what they are. Meditation well relive you of stress about your problems but not clear them away and make them fanish. You are the only person whom can fix your problems. Good luck.
Meditation, sprit, and reading books is good things to relive and relaz stressful things in your life. I would recommend it.

Heck no. That kind of thing isn't really a way to solve problems so much as it is a tool to deal with them from different perspectives. Expecting anything to actually solve your problems, though...the only thing I can recommend there is getting a Mac.

Yes.
Since all of your actions start in your mind you need a tool to develop and understand your mind.
Meditation is such a tool.
Reading and learning allows you to further understand your mind and the world it is acting in.
