What can I do about this?

I love my girlfriend very much. But if she ask me to choose between her and a friend who ive known for years, if i chose neither, because in my opinion, one cant choose between two people who have different roles in my life, does that mean im actually choosing one over the other?? Ive been with my girlfriend for 3 years, and at the begining of the relationship i did mention to her that i used to like my friend. My girlfriend is also insecure, and she has her reasons. But the bottom line is, and ive told my girlfriend many times, those feelings i HAD for my friend is no longer there. She just doesnt trust me. But im torn because I do love my girlfriend.

I will tell you an honest answer. MANY women are NOT comfortable with their boyfriend having female "friends'.
Let me ask you this, how would you feel if she had a male "friend" who she once liked always lurking around. Being a secure person or not is not the issue here. It's a matter of principle. If I were you, I would respect your girlfriend and give up the "friend".

yes you are 100 percent right this also go with me but in my case not only one person is there 100 -150 persons came in a year she become a prostitute and i even did not touch her in whole five years and i learn from this torture of a bachelor that never to fall prey of a women in my life again and five years gone by and i am still a bachelor.

Trust is very important. Tell her that she the apple of your eye and that will relax her down a bit.

just keep on reassuring her and don't give her anymore ideas about your feelings w/ your friend
