ok, Here is the story. I broke up with this girl 2 years ago and ive been seeing someone since. I love her very much. A few months ago i saw my ex and we made out, and i put my penis in her but we didnt have sex. Since then, I have been dreaming of doing it one more time. I have the opportunity to do it with her one last time. I dont want to cheat because I love my girlfriend very much, but I feel like I have to do this one last time for my own sanity.

Tell your girlfriend what you did and also tell her about your sick obsession with doing it again. That way she can break up with you as she should. How did you put your penis in her but not have sex? I am confused. But anyways to answer your question, if you love and respect your girlfriend you shouldn't. But it sounds to me like you already did, so confess what you did to your girlfriend. I don't think you love her as much as you say you do or you wouldn't even be considering cheating on her again.

DUDE!!! you already cheated on her by making out with your ex. imagine your current girlfriend going to her ex and having her put his penis in her...would you say that that's ok? break up with your current girlfriend(we'll call her girl2) then hump your first ex (we'll call her girl1) then get back with girl 2 and act like nothing happened. Then technically it's not cheating. If she doesn't want you back then wait 2 years and meet up with her, make out with her, stick your penis in her and then hump her.
