I have eaten none stop today,no matter how much i eat,i never feel full. I'm not fat or anything but i know this cant be healthy and i might end up fat if i'm not careful. I've tried cutting down but it's too hard for me. If i'm not eating food i'm thinking about it,how can i stop?

It sounds like an emotional problem to me. That emptiness that you feel all the time is based on something in your life.

Ok, the question is, how long has this been going on? If it's only been happening a few days, it could be just a good old fashioned case of the "munchies" that happens to women sometimes near period time thanks to hormonal inbalance. If that's the case, it only lasts a short while, then the appetite gets back to normal. Remember, fat isn't put on in one days time. If it is, then it's probably just water weight.

If it's been going on for weeks, then it's time to talk to your Dr. as it could be due to other causes, or even emotional eating, but not always emotional.

Also, if our bodies aren't getting enough water...it will show through as hunger. Yeah, I know it sounds wierd...but it can and does happen. Our bodies need a lot of water throughout the day just to function. The recommended is 6-8 either ounce glasses a day. I find that if I'm hungry and I drink 2 cups of water, sometimes that curbs the hunger. If it's really hunger though, and not just the body in need of water, then you'll still be hungry. Hunger is triggered by our bloodsugar dropping.

Either way, if it's really bugging you, call up your Dr.

You need to drink water and just try and keep busy and not think about food. Tomorrow and the day after try sticking to 3 meals and don't eat anything in between. Eat foods that are rich in fibre that will fill you up for longer. Eat lots of vegetables if you do feel the need to eat in between meals

Depends what you're eating. Is it loads of choc etc? That wouldn't be good. Try filling up with bananas and grapes etc - that's what I do.
