i got this jacket for christmas,
and it has a fur lined hood..
well the washing instructions say to dry on low/delicate,
and i did but when i pulled it out,the fur was all matted down..

can anybody help me with this one?

JUST USE A FULL BRISTLED HAIR BRUSH AND BRUSH IT OUT. I'VE DONE IT BEFORE, IT'LL LOOK GREAT.

You should of never dryed the jacket with fur it should air dry.

Did you read the care insturctions???? It was probably dry clean only. Why did you have to dry it if you just got is yesterday????

you should never put anything with fur in the dryer, i dunno why, you just dont. you let it hang dry. now.........what I would do is just see if it drys out and fluffs back up or whatever, and if not, well im sure u wont do it again, huh?

It is typical cheap fuzz, happensall the time and you have no recourse.
