I learned this from my D.R. when my son was 6 .Get some dramamine for motion sickness for your vomiting. If you can keep it down long enough for it to start working it will stop it. Drink sips of gatorade eat very lightly and get imodium for diarrhea. Tylenol for fever and body aches.

I am so sorry that you do not feel well. Yes, phenergan will keep you from throwing up but will not necessarily make you feel any better. Rest and time and a clear liquid diet for 24 to 48 hours will help. My prayers are with you.

Don't eat or drink ANYTHING for the next eight hours, then drink only clear liquids for 24 hours. This will give your stomach a chance to calm down. Take liquid tylenol for fever or aches and pains, only as directed on package.
