My brother's girlfriend is sitting right here and she has had it all her life.
She recommends (having had 4 children) - that a 1/4 codeine; 1/2 panadene forte (can only get with a script); there's a stocking you can get from yr doc or chemist (they're thick, stretchy stockings - very firm); take magnesium (has to be a combo of mag chelate & orotate); keep your feet up as much as you can - not much chance later. All the best & congratulations!!

I have it, but I'm not pregnant. I take requip for it. Maybe ask your Dr. if its safe to take for you. I have severe rls too, I feel sorry for you. I hope you find something to help you. Good luck!!!

I don't know if I have it, but I surely think I do. Asking my Dr about it next week coincidentally enough, will have an answer for you then.

i battle with that on and off but i am not taking nor will i take medication for it. unfortunately there are many discomforts women must suffer through to have children.

for me it helps to take a walk in the park or down the street, or to elevate them and do ankle twirls.
