There's this one guy who's been staring at me on and off for a while now. And I kinda liked him.
About three weeks ago, he stopped. So, i thought he didn't like me any more. So I decided that I should just get over him. Then, one the last day before winter vacation, he started looking at me again. (a lot)
Does he still like me? if so, how should I approach him?

If a guy is staring then its for a reason, apparently he is too shy or you give him mixed signals so you can either play hard to get and flirt and smile or skip the baby games and just start talking to him. The next time you see him staring at you, wave and go over and just start talking..Good Luck

Sounds to me like he is either a stalker or you look good when he has no one else. I would say get over him and go on with your life. The best is yet to come. Don't waist time on someone who only looks at you, if he can't or won't make the first move then he is not worth it. If he wants to talk to you then he knows were to find you.

Either go up and talk to him or just move on for pete's sake. This is rediculous. So someone is looking at you. So what!!! Is that enough to base a relationship on? Only if you're 10.

People have eyes which they use for looking, deal with it. Go talk to him or ask him if he's got a staring problem.

either slap the **** out of him and tell him it's impolite to stare or just suck it up and ask him what's up.. He may be shy and want you to approach him but be careful if he's admiring you from a distance it may be a reason as to why...

just say hi to him and ask him his name..actually i'd think it would be kinda creepy for someone to sit there and stare at me without talking to me.
