Isn't Rice Bran Oil healthier than olive oils?

Never heard of it. I use Pam cooking spray and don't fry anything.

I'm not sure about rice bran oil, but olive and avocado oils are good.

Canola Oil is healthy. If you look at all the cooking oils in the store, you'll see one that the label says something about, " not stored as fat". It's some what pricey, depending on where you buy it, but it's the healthiest option. I've used it. I think it's called, Nova.

i don't know but cooking with oil is a bad idea.
try using water.
cooked oil isn't good for you.
use oil on salads or pour it on cooked food.
don't cook the oil or use it as a cooking medium.

i dont think so, usually vegetable oils are better than others.... but the best oil is no oil :)
