I know that I have allergies which normally can control with my medicine but lately I've been continuous sneezing when I get up of the morning and sometimes I wake up during the night with one side of my nose stopped up and can't breathe even with my cpap which also has a humidfer. Yes we do clean the hose & the mask.

Everyone's nose stops up on one side if they are side-sleeping; when you roll over, it will open up. I would suggest you use distilled water in your c-pap. Also, if you have allergies, I'm sure you have access to medications for them. Could you be breathing through you mouth at night and not getting enough humid air? During winter months with the heater on, the air dries out considerably. Try drinking more fluids and maybe even trying a humidifier in your room at night. If all of the above doesn't work, get your machine checked. Godloveya.

i wear a cpap but never had this problem, but maybe put a dab of vics in your humidifier. put it on the lid so it doesnt get mixed in the water maybe clogging your machine. if it bothers you, you ll know it soon enough and you can easily remove it. just a thought. its hell having a cold while using a cpap, i couldnt imagine allergies. good luck

Have your machine checked, as well as a trip to your allergist.
