While it is not incorrect, I think it souds rather wordy.
"Of course!" or "Sure!" would sound better

It is not incorrect.
"Yes, I can do that favour for you," is the grammatically correct response, but most natives don't give grammatically correct responses.
In fact, odds are good that the better your grammar is, the more people will be able to tell you are not native.

You can indeed but it sounds a bit stilted (awkward). I tend to say things like of course, yes I can do that or yes I'll do that for you.

well i was going to say that i would phrase it " yes i can do that favour for you"
but as your first language isn't even English what you put is fine and anyone would have understood you perfectly!
