time and space are interwoven dimensions that allow the illusions of existence to be.
They are not concepts, but they allow all things and beings to relate. Even 'always' is a time-based term. Time truly exists in the most basic idea of the word, it is a part of the existence that God the Omnipotent, the Omniscient, the Ineffable is not in, because everything that exists is limited. If existence is a limited thing that contains all of space and all of time and all illusions of aspects of the eight elements, and God the Omnipotent, the Omniscient, the Ineffable is 'outside' (I know, space-based term) of it, there is no need for a concept of 'where' or 'when' God the Omnipotent, the Omniscient, the Ineffable "came from".

Time is a human concept to help us quantify changes in the world around us.No change....No time.So time did not exist before the universe was created(either by a god or by whatever inxplicable thing started "the big bang") and therfore God did'nt exist until then either,as God made the first changes to the universe(ie he created it!).
I think that time IS definately a revative concept...remember when you were a kid and lunchtime was always a long time away and now you're working you just can't seem to get enough done before lunch?
Or now you're in midlife, one day it's the summer holidays and the next christmas is nearly here?...ask a kid how long off next christmas is....and to them it's almost a lifetime away, but some adults will still be paying the credit card bill for this one when the next is nearly upon us,and they say it's come too soon!

I believe in God too, but to put him aside I think the concept of time is man made anyway. We once only separated it into Sun and Moon then it was sectioned off perhaps into halves of each part sun and moon and so on and so forth. months seasons, days, years, whatever, but if you take that out of the picture if I were to write a letter to someone my thoughts at that given time are naturally about that person reading my letter, and when that person reads that letter their thoughts would also be of me writing it. So are we thinking of the same time or separate? I think it's all the same, and there's no such thing as time really, but I'm sure there's more to argue. I'm not sure even if my little example makes all that much sense to anyone else, but I like it.

Yes. Human beings have always known time.....Since the day we were born that's what we are taught. Therefore, it's hard for a human to grasp the fact that something could have existed forever without being created. We know everything to have a beggining and end so that's why a lot of people ask the question When was God created?
But I know exactly what you mean

Time is relative..that is a proven fact. Time is only a mechanism that we use in this world so that we only have to focus on one event at a time. In ultimate reality, time does not exist. And there was never a time when God wasn't. God has always been, and we have always been. We are not our bodies, but we have each used countless different bodies. We are each a part of God, and God is in all of us. Time does not really exist...but I think you know that already. I think you just want to see how many others also know it.

Close your eyes, spin around the room really fast, and keep doing that until you fall down.
Now....do you remember how long you were spinning? If you do not, does that mean that time 'vanished' when you were unaware?
God is defined, and defines itself, by the same standards as us: a second is a second whether you travel 500,000 mps^2 or 50 mph. Where does time go when God is unaware of it, the same place it goes for you, into ignorance. The only difference is that we have to wait longer to find out what we were ignorant about, God can know it right away.

God is eternal. He created time and the temporal but He himself is not bound by time.
I've heard some say that time began with the fall of man. I think time began when God created the seasons and night & day.

Time is relative in that it is interwoven into space itself. But, it does exist.
