im thinking of buying a 94-96 impala ss but im worried about getting shot at and getting pulled over constantly. plus im hispanic so that doesnt help either lol but im far from a ghetto person i just really like the car beacuse i drive alot on the hwy so i would like to get some feedback from you guys on what i should do thanks.

Another thing you need to watch out for is a lot of those are "fake" Impalas, but normal Caprices painted up with the proper trims to look like Impalas.

Yes, that's the whole idea of a test drive. If the dealer is making you pay first, go somewhere else. Be careful, though. The test drive is a trick for you to give out lots of personal information so they can keep badgering you to buy. Don't give out real info.
