ok sooo what can i do to purk my mood up??

Foods to eat?
Excorcizes?
Vitiamins i can get over the counter (no perscription needed)

Anything else...??

Things that help me (in order of importance):

1. antidepressants -prozac or wellbutrin
2. exercise - this helps the most
3. social activities - I always feel great when I'm with my friends
4. recreational activities - even if this means going to a movie by yourself.

I haven't noticed any foods that help, but sugar seems to make things worse sometimes.
