Yep. Unfortunately I'm going through the same thing right now. Im in love with a guy im supposed to be getting to kno better. We might go out but right now we hardly kno each other. the most i kno about him is that hes emo and that the same he knows about me. thats all we kno. get to kno them better. honestly, just tell them you like them .things wil get better, i promise. and who knows? they could fall in love with you too!!

As you mean "like" you mean physical attraction. Yes, it is absotelutely possible to fall in love with someone you don't like. Character can more attract you when you get to know the person better.
