this is due to the body speeding up to produce an action. Every movement takes calories--and the burning of these calories is what causes your body temp. to rise...this is why you feel warmer.

No clue? I just think the cold makes you have to pee. Maybe you pee down your leg and it warms you up. Seriously though I don't know♥
