To your first question, love is an ACT, not an emotion, it is something you DO not something you feel. No one "falls out" of love, they just stop doing it.
Yes, it is possible to heal a relationship that has been effected by cheating, but it requires a great deal of work and forgiveness on both people's parts.
You are not married to this man, yes? If not, I would move on.
If you really want to try to forgive, read the book "Every Heart Restored" it's about dealing with a cheating spouse/boyfriend and will help you through these tough times.

Listen to that little voice in your head. Trust is important in any relationship but true love will always prevail. It would take a very long time and a lot of commitment from both of you to rebuild the trust, but it can be done. If I decided to try it again I would lay down some firm boundaries and let him know that one time over the line and he is out once and for all, plus I would also put my sister on notice. Lies and deceit are unacceptable in any relationship.

He's a liar , cheater, and is angry that you are upset. Don't be concerned with how he feels. Look after yourself.
Remember the the movie "white Christmas"
"Curse is the Mister, Who Comes between me and my Sister"
You will never be about to trust this person around you family members. Family Holidays will be hard instead of happy. He does not sound worthy of your trust. Start 2007 fresh. Good Luck with whatever decision you make.

I might forgive him. But will never ever back to him again. He is fooling you around. Regard yourself. Sounds like you don't love yourself enough. Go out, get a fresh air, help you to think clearly.

real and true love? then you should read the Bible, hard to find true love though.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Yes you would be a fool to even consider it. If he did it once he will do it again. Your best bet is to go find you someone that is not going to cheat on you.

Yes, you have to learn and to hear your heart. I can understand you because i was in such situation. You must to wait for him and to tell him about it and then you check your heart, do you love him? what is it love? you must to understand him and then the situation must be clear and truthful.
