Palestine definately. I have sources who are either from there, or are around there at the moment. I have been sent pictures and videos that if you watched would drive you mad. I can't get them out of my head. Dead children, shot point blank in their heads at israeli checkpoints. Pregnant women shot in their bellies, and the pictures of their babies being removed from their bellies with bullet holes in their backs. In Palestine, women are afraid to try going to the hospital to give birth because the israelis either kill the babies or both the mother and child. There is a story I remember from one woman about how she was bleeding very badly in the backseat of her husband's car en route to a hospital to give birth. An Israeli soldier looked inside of the car, saw the blood, and started to laugh. She gave birth to twins, a girl and a boy, and the boy ended up dying. Later after she, one of few, managed to get to the hospital, the doctor said if she was allowed to get to the hospital and not detained, the baby could have survived by being put in an incubator. Many women in labor go through this there. They are locked up and detained, and about half of the babies die. Most of the women are anemic from poor nutrition, and are told they will deliver small or malformed babies from that. Children are used as target practice while going to school. A little girl managed to survive one such attack, and spoke of how she and her older brother were walking to school when the israeli soldiers came up behind and started beating up her brother. The held her and prevented her from helping him, and shot her brother in the head. The israeli soldiers also fired on a beach where families were having picnics. There is avideo of this on youtube. It shows her watching as her entire family is put into ambulances, all dead, and she is only 7 years old. The israeli filming her seems to get a kick out of it and chases after her when she flees from watching her mom being taken and starts sobbing hysterically. It's like the isrealis have no hearts. Also, look up what the leaders of israel say about nonjews. They say nonjews are not human and deserve death. Fits right in with their terrorism.

There are two sides to everything. To every bit of this war between the Palestinians and Israel, we do not know everything. Because we naturally do not know and are NOT in their shoes, we cannot make a full decision.
However, I am siding with Palestine for what I know.
The poor Palestinians were invaded illegally by the richer, omniscient Israelis who have more power than the Palestinians. How could a poor country commit such horrible acts of terror on its powerful, rich neighbor? Of course, they might have done things, but to an over-exaggerated extent to make them (Palestinians) look bad is wrong. According to America, Palestine is the enemy, sincei t is also the enemy of Israel, or the Jews. Afterall, the JEWISH-OWNED American media is FEEDING Israel with its weapons; as well as defending Israel in the news. The Jews in American who own the press and media can defend themselves and bring about information as they want, overall educating the American society to believe what they WANT them to believe. What you see on American television is NOT always true, as it is most definately, if not slandering and giving out false information to better the reputation of the Jews, distorting the truth. The Jews have the power to make themselves good; they also have the power to send their fellow Jews in Israel support from all around the country. Yes, they won the media, and yes, they can do that.
We, in America, will NEVER get the truth or best, right story from the American papers, government or media since this is a country for the better of the Jewish people. Learning the truth about what is going on in Palestine is a 2:1 ratio of fairness, since Israel and America are both on the same side. Is this fair? You decide. Are you getting the best and most accurate information possible when there is a campaign supporting the Jews from 2 out of 3 sides? Both those sides supporting the Jews are much richer than Palestine, the 3rd side of the story.
The little bit of information i hear about the Palestinians here in America is enough to strike my heart. I wonder what we AREN'T hearing from the Palestinian, non-Jewish point of view. We get seom information here since it will be obvious that the coverage for Palestine is low, so to cover up, we have SOME information on the Palestinian side of the war, but far less than the supporting side of Israel, and the Jewish-runned America. Enough said.

Palestinians of course...
Israel was created without caring that on that land Arabs were living for centuries...As I remember one of the reason the British gave Palestine to Jews was that anyway the Arabs have enough lands,so a country less wouldn't be such a big loss for them...
Creating Israel was not the right solution for the Jews, nor for the Palestinians...it only caused many more problems...
It was wrong to created Israel there,as it would be wrong to create it in any other place...
The Palestinians are the victims there...They are killed on a daily basis, they had to leave their homes and go live in UN's refugees camps outside Palestine...They lost everything...not Israel is the victim there...

I side with the Palestinians - The people in Israel now are Eastern European - They are not from that region. I do not think there would be as much of a problem if it were the original Jews from Africa and the Middle East claiming that area. If a group of people came to America and took over Chicago and showed us a book to justify it - saying it is the word of God - It would not go down! Everyone from New York City to Los Angles would be mad and a war would break out in no time! And I would help get them out of our land and tell them to go back where they came from. Seems like common sense to me.

The stories you are reading are heartbreaking and from very biased sources. The truth of the matter is that until Israel was made a state, the Palastinians did not exist. They were nomadic Arabs. They did not have a place to call their own because to establish a Nation you have to do things like get organized, create a government, roadways, water systems etc. etc. etc. They never made the effort to do this, instead they are upset that after WWII the Isrealites were given what they were not and have been trying to take it from them ever since.
Have they been treated poorly? Yes, but most of the time they have created it for themselves. The Palastinians say they want peace but have proven over and over again that unless they get it their way they could care less about peace. It is scriptural for us to support Isreal and therefore I do.

I dont think its an either or situation.
I agree that Israel is at time overly heavy handed, but a reasonable person cannot deny that self defense is at times reasonable course of action.
I think we can also say, reasonably that homicide bombings, using Palestinian teens to blow up people is brutally misplaced and unloving of the teens and np way so advance a cause.
I also have to comment that Jewish people are truthfully quite concerned about justice and mercy and so I think there is more likely to hear a vocal public criticism in Israel and from American Jews about wrongs done by Israel than you might hear about wrongs done by Muslims, although undeniably there are vocal Muslims speaking out as well.
Yes and the commentator following this refers to the promise to Abraham "He who blesses you I will bless and he who curses you I will curse" Abraham being father of nations plural would include both Israel and other countries who were children of Abraham in a sense as he had other children after Isaac and Ishmael though another wife. And also can refer to spiritual children as the new testament claims those who have saving faith in Jesus are spiritual children of Abraham

Why so much destruction over in Lebanon and Israel. Did you see those pictures on the news. Why didn't they just use stink bombs. I watched a special on TV the other day that artificial smells can be produced that smell so bad people cant bear to stay around it. Insted of destroying so much properties and life and limb why not drop from air planes like fire fighting air planes a stench so bad that entire cities would have to be evacuated without harming anyone. Give everyone time to appreciate the conveniences that we take for granted, then when smells bearable everyone could come back and get along.

I think they are equally to blame, simply because every death is usually done to some innocent yahoo civilian. Innocents die on both sides of the conflict, but either side does the exact same thing in pumping up the 'tragedy' of their side while convienently ignoring the tragedy they cause others.
So long as the Palestinians want a country to call their own, and do not wish to completely eradicate Israel, then my sympathies are with them. But that doesn't mean I condone suicide bombers or alliances with anti-semetic organizations. Neither do I condone every act by Israel as a means of 'self-defense'. Both sides are guilty of ego-centric, extreme nationalistic policies that further ensure that only the innocent will suffer, as they always do in every war and struggle.

You read that because the liberal media does not like Israel. So they will not report what the Palestinians are doing to the Israeli children. Do you think it is right for them to go blow themselves up and kill Israel children? What about BRAINWASHING the Palestinian children to strap bombs to themselves and kill the Israeli's? Come on, wake up! What would you do to stop people from blowing themselves in malls, buses, and where ever else in Israel. What kind of deterrent is there. Think about that for a while. NO CHILDREN SHOULD EVER GET HURT OR KILLED! PALESTINIAN, ISRAELI, AMERICAN, IRAQI, AFRICAN, EUROPEAN, ETC...

So stop reading Palestinian papers and pick up an Israeli one - you'll get to read similiar stories of killing children, only this time the Palestinians will be blamed for it instead of being victims....
I dont support either. I find it difficult to support anyone who kills because their God tells them to.
