Nothing munching Chicken Manchuria while sipping Johny Walker Black Label whiskey. The fate of the Election Commissioner is sealed by the same criminal minister because he goes to the same criminal minister for every thing he needs. Only once in while we get IAS officers like Seshan. But our Indians show the door to such kind honest officers. We love to have corrupt politicians, administrators and corruption all around because our soul is also corrupted.

Very good question and what is the answer? A BIG LAUGH! Why do they do on what they do? Why is Cali letting felons vote? I can't answer that one either. Only my opinion. Why does our Government do what they do? There is really no good answer here for your question. It's all sinister..lol. They don't think before they act I guess. Stupidity maybe? A brain fart? who knows but I can understand your frustration.

in many states, once the debt to society has been paid in full, the rights are restored. with the exception of firearms.

our constitution says that any indian resident ( criminal or illiterate) over 21 years can be cadidate in any election .
