In the long run swimming can save your life (A ship crash.... jump overboard and swim). In the long run playing the piano cannot save your life. ( Gangster: Play me a song or I'll shoot you
Piano Player: Urgh
Gangster: Play me a song
Piano Player: Ok i'll play london Bridge is falling down
Plays LOndon Bridge on the piano
Gangster: Congrads! I won't kill you! )
Chances of that happening are 1 in a googol
Moral: swimming will save your life, Playing the piano won't!

...not being able to play the piano is not quite as potentially fatal as the inability to swim...i cannot play the piano but have never suffered an injury due to this terrible gap in my life (!!!!!) yet my not being a strong swimmer has caused my heart to stop...so i shall take this opportunity to thank my mum for getting me to the poolside (despite her disability), the lifeguards at he relevant leisure centre and, of course, The Academy...(tears of joy and gratitude at this point...that's why...guess i am just lucky as a grand piano has never pulled me to the bottom of the water or fallen from a window and knocked me spark out...here's to an injury free 2007...xxx

You're not asking, you're provoking, I get your angle, a little twisted though. Sounds like some sort of "cry-wolf" comparison-analogy of sorts, but hugely-distorted. . .
Dun-noh. What'choo talk'about Willis?
