Try to seek out some counseling, ie; preacher, school or clinic. Talk to your parents to visit a doctor. Go on-line to find a support group for teen depression.
It could be the time of year, winter depresses a lot of people(not enough sunlight/threat of psycho relatives in your home!). Hormones can make you feel bipolar. Stop isolating yourself and try to do something to help others. The best therapy is often found in helping others.

It is typical at this time of year and even for typical for teenagers with raging hormones. Don't take it personally. Treat it as you would an illness. Seek help. Talk to your school counselor. Do you have a friend to share with? I find friends of the opposite sex are more apt to be constructive in their opinions. And if you really are concerned, why not talk to your parents or other trusted adult. It is normal. Don't beat yourself up. Just talking helps us out of our slumps sometimes, especially when it is minor which yours seems to be.

Could just be stress from the holidays. I know your young and hormones are a very big part in what your feeling. I think its okay to feel down everyonce in a while. If your gloom mood persists then you should probably talk to your parents and maybe your Dr. Dont be to hard on yourself, we all go through things.

It could be hormonal or you may have chemical deficiency in your brain that causes you to feel this way. See your doctor tell him how you are feeling. If it just started wait a week or two and see if you come out of it. If not see your Dr.

Well i know that this can be kinda embarrassing but you might be about to start you period. I get all down and 'depressed' right before mine. There is nothing that you can do and you might not start but your body might just be getting into a cycle. Just try to have fun, listen to happy music, and do what you love to do. If this continues then you might want to talk to your doctor.

make yourself your friend and do whatever you want to do for self like love yourself first than loving other's in this way you will give you the best you have and depression will run automatically from you, take interest in whatever you do and do it fully,in this way you will feel inner happiness and concious wise you will love your inner beauty within yourself and this strange world will never upset you then - take good care of your own self - bye ...with love ...

It could be your hormones, or just the holiday blues. Your out of school without much to do. Things will pick-up after the new year starts. You'll be just fine.

Go to the Dr. they can put you on anti-depressants. Sounds like depression or possibly the start of Bi-polar.
