The way it sounds, you are a very busy person, I would think that the lack of rest is probably why you are fatigued and get cold symptoms. Try taking some vitamin c or a good multiple vitamin and get some rest!!!!!!!!!!!

Your running on fumes like a car does on the last gallon of gas trying to make it to a gestation in time!

Our bodies need rest and regular schedule, I get the same way It's mostly in winter time i feel this way, i would schedule some me time if I was you. You need both rest and nutrients not just vitamins, also you might need to eat more then 3 meals, break it down to 5 small meals a day to help your body run better, same amount of fuel just stretched out.

It sounds like a compromised immune system. Exposing yourself to many different people as you do, can make you more vulnerable to their germs.

Make sure you're getting enough sleep/rest, and eating healthful foods. Take a good multivitamin and learn to manage stress effectively.

The Immune System Diet is a good book that could help you.

Also, when you come into contact with someone, make sure you wash your hands before rubbing your eyes, etc. Most colds are caught by germs on hands finding there way to mucus membranes.

Both. You're running yourself down into the ground.
Start taking a multi-vitamin--any brand is fine.
Also take an extra vitamin C suppliment but NOT the chewable (bad for your tooth enamel!) Extra multi-B is good, too.
And drink a cup of green tea instead of coffee, at least once a day.

Get a good night sleep every night. Eat regular meals. Don't skip breakfast. It gets you started. Vitamins are not good substitutes for a healthy meal.

you need to take at least 1 day off every week, and make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Why do you have 3 jobs? your symptoms are stress induced from lack of proper rest.

You are just plain over-extended. You need to eat better, take some vitamins, get more rest (I know, yeah right) and more regular exercise...every day exercise.

You said it. Find sometime to resarch a multi-vitamin pill for you. This is exactly what you need.
