There's a lot of things Christian's do that they "shouldn't", according the the Bible...so of course they believe in science enough to use electricity.
Like women having positions in government and talking, or not being subservient to their husbands.
Or setting slaves free.
For SHAME.

You mean, Edison, that guy that tried over 1000 times to successfully create the incandescent bulb and eventually succeeded, wasnt a pious Christian???? Small wonder that the guy who understood the need to simply keep trying until he faced success is a guy who doesnt beleive that "everything happens for a reason."

"in case you have been authentic pursuers of expertise, you will study the Bible to appreciate their place," I even have study the bible. i've got studied the bible. The bible is between the biggest commercials for atheism. What a horrid e book that's. So violent and hate-filled. to no longer point out the various many contradictions that make no experience. How ought to absolutely everyone stay their existence via one in each of those e book? How ought to you know it?

The Enlightenment was the product of a Christian cultural milieu.
Christianity was the driving ethos behind every positive development of modernity -- the abolition of slavery, the establishment of republican forms of government, and the development of the natural sciences, to name three.

Oh, now, I have to believe they would have caught up eventually. They've invented other important things, haven't they? Surely...
But wait, would they have candles even? Isn't that science?

Luke 10
38As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him. 39She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet listening to what he said. 40But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, "Lord, don't you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!"
41"Martha, Martha," the Lord answered, "you are worried and upset about many things, 42but only one thing is needed.[f] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her."
Ecclesiastes 2:26
To the man who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God.

If not for the "BIBLE THUMPERS" the atheists would not have the rights that we have today. GOD has been with us since the beginning and will be here till the end. Amen

Newton, Faraday, Kepler, etc, etc, etc.
All highly religious people.
You'd be in a cave huddled in a dark corner sucking your thumb without past religious people my friend.
