JUST ONE TIP: This is a language of the nation who has accepted Christianity in 4th Century. Here is writen in latin, but this laguage hava its own script.

I'm guessing it mean "on December 25 Christ was born in Bethlhem."

The language might be Ge'ez from the Kingdom of Aksum near Ethiopia.

This looks like Slovenian.

Something like: On December 25, Christ in Bethleheam ...

Unfortuately I cannot find any Slovenian-English dictionaries online.
