Well. The problem here is that many kids are being led to believe that there is a magical world out there. As kids, they get influenced by whatever they see and read, and in this case, Harry Potter. To unearth such influences, is an objection being raised to the series. They believe, that there is some Supreme power in the form of Voldemort out there, who is almost impossible to kill and has elixirs of life. In short, magic is contradicting what many religions preach. I am neither for or against such a ban because to each his own is what I feel. Unfortunately, nowadays, this philosphy is not being heeded much.

teehee. voldemort is not imaginary, at least not really. He is bad because of his past actions that he did. He was seriously worse than hitler before the whole harry potter thing happened. For another thing, voldemort isn't imaginary. He's very much real. Read the whole stories and then maybe you would get the whole.

Because, it might cause brainwashed children to start using their OWN imginations, which might lead to them using more brain power than just imagination, which might lead to them coming to the conclusion that they are being lied to and held down by a system of beleifs that is antiquated and no longer serves a useful prurpose......
AND WE CANT BE HAVING THAT!
