Yes they do. And I personally know it's true. My ex-husband received many letters from them (while illegal!) threatening prison time if he did not register. He did not have a valid SS# either. Isn't it odd how the government can find illegals when they want to but can't when it does not benefit them?

I thought I'd answer the question instead of telling people what they wanted to hear. And for the record I am against illegal immigration.

Illegal aliens are indeed criminals and that starving /better life rhetoric has gone on too long.No they cant register for selective service. I live in Arizona and trust me the illegal aliens that are picked up trying to cross the border are far from starving.
In the world, 83 % of the country's have poverty worse than Mexico .Not that all illegal aliens come from Mexico but here in AZ they do.
There are people living in poverty here in the USA that are native born Americans.I will take care of them before an illegal alien. My country and my fellow Americans come first to me,always.

I stand corrected, thank you for the link DJ

They are already breaking the law by invading the country. Why would they care about such a requirement? If they did register they would just use someone else's social security information and further damage innocent people's lives.

How can they when they don't exist, you can't make them Pay Taxes register for the Service if their here Illegally, they are Criminals. They have Broke Our Laws, by the way What makes you think they would want to serve this Country when they don't want to be counted, their NoN Citzens.

It's all a big crock of crap, as long as large corporations want to set their own labor laws, so it will be...he who has the gold, makes the rules, that would be the REAL 'golden rule', there...kind of like the Law of Gross Tonnage at intersections...
