There is someone that works out at my gym that I think I might be interested in. I've caught him staring at me a couple of times. The only problem is I'm kind of shy around guys so I really don't know what to do.

When he's comfortable, he's approach you. Wait until he comes to you (if you're a girl). If you're gay, then go say hi if you're interested in him. There's no harm in saying hi to anyone.

Don't worry I'm the same way. Do it slowly start by saying Hi to him, bump in to him. Little things he'll notice. After that you'll see he's gonna start talking to you. If he doesn't, you can always try and start a simply conversation. Ask for help while you're working out. GOOD LUCK! Oooh! Make sure he's not wearing a weading ring.

Say hi and try to carry a conversation with him, if you can you will soon find out if he is interested in you or not, you could ask him if he thinks you are doing your work outs right If he Carry's on conversation he may very well be interested, Good Luck

just get to know him...just go near him and trip over his machine or something....he'll probably get off to help you up if he doesn't he isn't interested and so just go on your disappointed way...and say
"thanks,I am sorry about that,my name is Jen(I am guessing that is your name) not Grace" he'll probably tell you his. then say
"oh yeah I've seen you here before,you're normally here around the same time as I am" then say "well I better get back to my workout,thank you again,and nice meeting you!" smile, turn around and walk away normally
- if you do this,you have just opened the lines of communication and so if he is interested he will iniate conversation next time!!!

Just let him know in little subtle ways that you are available. Give him a big smile and maybe flirt with him a little to let him know that you are interested in him.

well if you just want to do him! then just walk up to him and drop something or walk by him frequently but not obiously! and flirt if you see him looking at you wink at him or motion him to come to you with your head!
if your interted in more then just booty! then treat him like you would treat a FRIEND! and if you were to talk to a girl friend how you would introduce yourself!
