OK.... possibly dehydration... drink a lot more water.
There is one other thing that I can think of. Are you taking Vit C supplements? Taking too much of it can lead to very Orange pee. So if you are taking them, ease off for a while. Please modify the question if you are taking Vitamin C Supplements, because there is additional information that may be relevant to you.
Vitamin B2 does something similar in excess.
You have reason to be worried, so GO AND SEE A DOCTOR. It is concerning that you have had Liver problems in the past, and in your situation it is the best thing to do!

Go see a urologist. Very soon. Not the ER. If you have a family doctor or primary care physician check with the doctor you know first.
I'm very concerned for you. Try to get this taken care of today.

It's not good. You are not drinking enough water. Drink more water or you will get a bladder infection. Cranberry juice is great for your bladder also.

it means your not drinking enough water.
The saturation is on a scale - silver one end where you drink loads of water, orange on the other for dehydration.
Drink more water each day
