Would I ose weight if I only ate raw vegetables and lots of water for a month?

Probably, but unless you ate vegetable that were good protein sources, it would be very healthy. Additionally, crash diet rarely lead to sustained weight loss.

I recommend eating a well balanced calorie controlled diet. Programs like Weight Watchers can really help.

what will happen ...nothing will happen,because your still on your CPU,just asking questions and reading the answers and hoping for some miracle to happen..take the advice and run with it..go workout,go to the nearest park and run,drink a lot water,before during,and after.and then ask yourself how do i feel...and do the same for tomorrow and the next day and so forth until you reach your goal and feel better.

You would. I would suggest working out along with it so that your skin gains elasticity and so you don't have a ton of hanging skin.

PS.... you will lose more weight if you eat healthy and exercise regularly.

u would loose kilos. but u would not be healthy because there isnt too much of a diet varient
