how do you say "I am not a member of this conference, nevertheless I would like a penguin" in your language?

I can say this in 4 languages already and I am collecting how to say random phrases like this in many languages. So if you have any other 'useful' phrases or can translate this into your language (without a translator) answer my question! Thanks

Good sentence though. :)
If you want the pronunciation, you just ask me. It's easy but long to explain, so if you are not all that serious about it there's no point for me to write it down. Especially considering Estonian is spoken only by about 1,1 million people in the world.
