Squats, Lunges and Donkey kicks. Plus walking or running on incline or up hill will help more then just walking or running alone.

Try running or jogging on the treadmill this really helps get your butt back into shape. 30 min, 3 times a week.

Doing a lot of lunges and squats sure does help. Put on some ankle weights and/or hold onto weights as well.

YOu need a roller and to do donkey kciks to get those upper tighs in shape

Back in the 80's "donkey kicks" were the rage. I don't see them done much anymore - but they did the trick for me back then.

It's comes from running sports, or jogging. Also, try stair climbing.
