U Dont say how long she has layed them and started incubating them for so no dont remove them till after 31 days,
U Could always take one out hold it up by a light bulb (try not to shake egg) and have a look if its a pale peach/white color its not fertile, if its 70% black or dark and 30% white its fertile and you should stick it back if it aint then get rid,

It takes around 19 days for a parakeet egg to hatch after laying. If the eggs haven't hatched in that time, the odds are they are infertile. Birds will often nest on infertile eggs.
You can check to see if there is a chick inside by carefully "candling" the eggs. Hold them up to a bright light behind them, which will highlight what is inside the shell. If there are no chicks, take the eggs from the nest. The mother might be distressed for a bit, but she will quickly bounce back.

No dont take her eggs you didnt even post how long she had them for. You should never take eggs from a laying bird, you should always wait until the bird is finished sitting on them herself. You need to wait at least 30 days before taking any eggs away from the mother bird.
