locate out what city you have been born in. Then do a Google seek for __________ (city) is in what county in WA? once you artwork out the county do a seek for the county place of work of public information. Then call them and locate out a thank you to get a replica of your beginning certificates.

county registrar. it's the same place you would go to get a marrage certificate. I know there is one next to the Van Nuys Courthouse if you live near there.

Contact the hospital where you were born or the health department in that area. They should have a record of it and can send you a copy

You should be able to call the hospital you were born in and have them send you another copy or you can try the court house.
