Well, when you're being romantic, you could call him, handsome, lover, honey, sweetie, etc.

In front of others, you could call him Zee. As in the letter Z. Not because there's a letter Z in his name anywhere, but because the phonics of his name start with that sound. Also, if you wanted to throw it in, you could tell him it's because he is "Z one for you" (as opposed to saying he is THE one for you.) Hey, I didn't say it was a good play on words, just that it's a possibility.

Anyway, just a thought or two....

Xavier is a name from Cataluna, a Spanish region, you can call him Javi... "Ha-vi", Avi, or Xsi.

But I think you should call him Xavi, it's his name.... ??
