Basically im a 16 1/2 years old male and am 5'7 my dad is 5'6 and my mom is 5'2. My sister who is younger than me was 5'6 last year and now she is 5'8. It is so embarrasing being short from my sister but if that wasnt enough, i go to a school where the avg height is 5'10. So basically i am really short. All my uncles are tall about 6'2 and my cousins are even taller about 6'3. Only my mom and dad were short. Also my little sister who is ten is already showing signs of bieng tall at 5'3. Im thinking of getting a part time job at best buy in march and earn money to buy Human Growth Hormone injections. Please help what should I do because no matter what I want to become tall.

I don't think you should mess with anything unnatural. Sure, I know HGH is a naturally ocurring human hormone, but unless a doctor actually thinks you need it then you should stay away. As a youth your body is probably producing so much right now that anything over that amount could be damaging.

Also, are you sure your done growing? Many young men have growth spurts into their 20's. I shot up from 5'1" to 5'6" in my senior year of high school, so be patient.

Also, I guarantee you that the average height at your school isn't 5'10" unless you go to a school of giant teens. The average height for an adult caucasion male is 5'9" so there is almost no way that you go to a school where a bunch of teens average height is higher than that of the national average. Plus, being short has advantages; we live longer and we look better longer, just look at bob costas, that guy is like 60.

Lastly, with everything that is out there, nothing is proven to work. If there were proven methods, don't you think there'd be a hella line at the doc's office? You should stop worrying about something you can't control because nature will always win in the end.

Good luck getting over this complex and I hope you don't do anything foolish and hurt yourself. If anything, talk to your school nurse or parents.

HGH is unlawful and not utilising a prescription. It did no longer replace right into a banned substance in MLB till 2005 regardless of the indisputable fact that. So as an occasion if a baseball participant takes/took HGH in 2005 or later, that replaced into unlawful. no count if or no longer he had a prescription, it replaced into unlawful in MLB. If the participant took HGH till now 2005 and he had a prescription for it (it might likely be for injuries) then he did no longer do something illegally. yet whilst he have been given it till now 2005 and not utilising a prescription, that replaced into unlawful. i wish that type of made experience! lol

Let me tell you something about growth. You CANNOT just go get HGH. You are TOO tall and you have to have a genetic disorder to get a doctor to prescribe them to you. And if you think you are going to just buy them illegally, then you will end up in jail trying. You may WANT to become tall....but there is absolutely nothing you can do to make yourself taller than you are supposed to be genetically. You are only 16. You won't be done growing until you are 21-22. So PLEASE calm down. There is nothing you can do. No exercises, supplements, vitamins, devices....nothing that will make you any taller. Don't you think if there was something that actually worked that it would be BIG news? Of course. It doesn't exist.
