This could be a symptom of several things, ranging from something completely benign, to something very VERY serious indeed...
I suggest you get to your doctor as soon as conveniently possible, and have him do a few, non-invasive tests. In particular, an echo-cardiogram, which is an ultra-sonic imaging of your heart, to get a rough approximation of the functioning of your heart, just to make sure that nothing serious is going on.
A not-so-serious possibility is something called "Reynaud's syndrome" which I suffer from. It requires you to keep your hands as warm as possible, but has no other serious consequences.

To increase the flow of you blood, be more physically active and keep you immune system stong.
Green Tea is good but it is a bit bitter so sweeten with sugar or Honey

Poor circulation. Your extremeties are the first to get cold because they get the least amount of warm blood pumping through them.

sounds like you have some really bad circulation.i would see a dr. right away. poor circulation can lead to big problems.
