Hello =)

This could be a symptom of several things, ranging from something completely benign, to something very VERY serious indeed...

I suggest you get to your doctor as soon as conveniently possible, and have him do a few, non-invasive tests. In particular, an echo-cardiogram, which is an ultra-sonic imaging of your heart, to get a rough approximation of the functioning of your heart, just to make sure that nothing serious is going on.

A not-so-serious possibility is something called "Reynaud's syndrome" which I suffer from. It requires you to keep your hands as warm as possible, but has no other serious consequences.

Get to the doctor, and good luck.

Namaste, and Happy Holidays,

--Tom
