how do you do that thing were you lay on the floor and then you get up straight away

i know a few people that can do it.
you need lots of power in your legs to bring yourself up (if we're talking about the same thing!)

begin to roll back then kick your legs forward, you need to practice getting your body to folow your legs and you need to use a bit of power.

easy once you practice it.

gymnastics maybe yoga
