we dated before, and he broke up w/me then to go out with another girl. he said he wanted me back so, i decided to give him another chance after a couple of weeks had went by. after he broke up w/me i found out that he drank, when he told me that he didn't. i asked him about this and he said he didn't want me to think any less of him b/c he drinks every once in a while, which is the reason why he didn't tell me. he said that he could quit drinking just to have me back, so i believed that he would. i saw a message he left on a friends myspace that said he was drunk and that he loved me so much. this was before i took him back, but after he had sent the message to me saying he could stop drinking to have me back. i don't know if i should ask him about it or not. what should i do?

You should wait and see if you catch him drinking again. If he messaged that b4 you got back together, then how do you know if he is changing? You won't find out unless you give him a try. if you find out he's drinking again, then confront him. Having a drink every once ln a while isn't bad, but if he does it excessively then you should put your foot down

well how much does he drink i mean if its ocasionally then i guess thats ok, my boyfriend likes to drink wine once every weekend so does a lot of guys just try to find out how much and if its too much that you think he might be addicted then you need to make a decition if to leave him or to be with him and help him get thru it
