I'd suggest getting involved in something that interests you, where you can meet women with whom you share common interests. Some ideas might be amateur theater productions, book discussion groups, church groups, and animal welfare organizations.

Check your local newspaper for a list of meetings of things that might either be something you're already interested in or something new that you might want to try.

The big thing is, make friends with a person first, then go on to developing a relationship based on that.

lol... you cannot just LOOK for a girlfriend. There is no 100% result to women. All women are different and there's 2 people in a relationship you can't expect that just because you're into it that they'll be also. Things should be natural.

Easy and effective? Hang out in bars. Be abusive and cocky and the women who are insecure will stick to you like glue. If you want a good relationship though, that's more complicated.
