very good.. CHI is an expensive brand of straightner.. They start off about $100 so be happy that somebody bought them for you. I have one and it makes my hair feel really silky and straightnes my hair fast. Its great for people with thick hair as well as thin..

They are great. I've had my chi for over a year now and I absolutely love it. I have very thick hair but it does a great job straightening and adding shine to my hair. You'll like it a lot. Sometimes I wonder what I was thinking not buying one sooner

Yes. Just make sure to use a heat protector .
