Try this one, I just made it for Christmas and it was very popular, it's called a Gin Spirit:
1 1/4 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Pommegranate Juice
splash of Orange Juice.
Shake together, pour into a matini glass and I garnished it w/Pommegranate seeds. It was AWESOME and very festive in color. Good Luck.

I made a Cosmopolitan punch once that was a hit. It was really just a huge martini and I floated a ring of cranberry juice with slices of oranges and limes frozen in it. It looked impressive and tasted yummy.

you can never go wrong with bailey's and other creme liquers.
make lemonade or limeade with vodka and soda water.
